About MOVOON
MOVOON Clinic OS is a SaaS platform for medical clinics in Brazil. We provide scheduling, CRM, AI-powered WhatsApp agents, and marketing analytics to help clinics grow their patient base. MOVOON is developed by SCALO TECH LTDA (CNPJ: 61.301.885/0001-53), headquartered in Belo Horizonte, MG, Brazil.
How MOVOON Uses the Google Ads API
MOVOON integrates with the Google Ads API to provide the following services to our clinic clients:
1. Campaign Performance Reporting
We use the Google Ads API to retrieve campaign metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, cost) and display them in our integrated marketing dashboard. This allows clinic owners to see the ROI of their advertising spend without leaving the MOVOON platform. We request read-only access (ads_read scope).
2. Offline Conversion Tracking
We use the Google Ads API to send offline conversion data back to Google. When a patient schedules an appointment through our platform after clicking a Google Ad (identified by GCLID), we report this conversion event to help clinics optimize their ad campaigns and improve targeting.
3. Account Connection via OAuth 2.0
Clinic owners connect their Google Ads account to MOVOON via the standard OAuth 2.0 authorization flow. We read campaign data and send conversion events on their behalf. We do NOT create, modify, or delete campaigns, ad groups, ads, or budgets through the API. Access can be revoked at any time via Google Account Permissions.
Data Handling & Security
- We only access Google Ads data that the clinic owner has explicitly authorized via OAuth 2.0
- Google Ads data is stored securely in our database with row-level security (RLS) isolation per clinic — no clinic can access another clinic's data
- We do not sell, share, or transfer Google Ads data to third parties
- Data is retained for the duration of the clinic's active subscription and deleted upon account closure or upon request
- All data transfers between MOVOON and Google use HTTPS/TLS encryption
- OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and automatically refreshed — we never store Google account passwords

- MOVOON complies with Brazil's LGPD (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados)
- Our use of the Google Ads API complies with the Google Ads API Terms of Service
- Our Privacy Policy details how we handle all user data, including Google Ads data (Section 10.2)
- Our Terms of Service govern the use of the MOVOON platform
- We offer a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for LGPD compliance
